The press turns into a tool of promotion of the Genocide and the periodical "Kangura" becomes the voice of the anti-Tutsi radicalism , after having published, already in 1990, “The ten Hutu commandments”, while all around the road the Genocide enrages.
Radio Television Free Thousand Hills (RTML), the more one listened in the whole country, is propagating and inciting the ethnic hunting of the Tutsi troughs the fear of their return to the government of the country.
