What it is and what’s its use
It’s a nourisher without calories, which is essential for human life.
Water is the biggest part of blood plasma which conveys red blood cells and nourishers in blood. Thanks to it, we eliminate the substances originating from the muscular work in the organic fluids.
Where it can be found
In human body, 60% of water is inside the cells, the remaining 40% of fluids is in the organism such as lymph, plasma, etc.
What happens in case of shortage
Exceeding waste of water, particularly by sweating, leads to plasma volume decrease, and as a consequence can cause risks at cardiovascular and muscular level.
What happens in case of excess
Exceeding water causes swelling and heaviness, thus decreasing the efficacy of physical activity.
